This matcha is vibrant green, so delicate, yet rich and a deep umami, it is w-o-w. 

Favourite ratio is : 2,5g of matcha for 28g of water to 75 degrees Celsius + 200ml of milk or your choice. Our favourite m*lk is Oatbox, made here in Canada. 

This product is certified to the strictest international food safety standard FSSC22000, and for organic production by the Japan Organic and Natural Foods Association (JONA) under the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS).

How to use

1. Whisk the Powder

Sift 2 tsp of hojicha powder into a bowl. Add 60 ml of hot water (75°C) not too hot - and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.

If you are feeling wild, our favourite ratio is 2,5g of Matcha or Hojicha for 28g of water for a more thick and creamy paste, intense flavor

2. Steam Your Milk

Heat 2/3 cup of your favorite milk until creamy with microfoam.

3. Pour & Enjoy

Slowly pour the steamed milk over the whisked hojicha. Sweeten to taste if you want!
