This matcha is one of the smoothest you’ll ever taste. Creamy, with a buttery mouthfeel, it has incredible complexity, revealing layers of flavor while staying soft and delicately balanced.

We love this matcha with water or oat milk.

Our favourite ratio is :

2,5g of matcha powder
30g of water (not too hot, 75-80°C)
200ml of milk (we love Oatbox)

How to use

1. Whisk the Powder

Sift 2 tsp of hojicha powder into a bowl. Add 60 ml of hot water (75°C) not too hot - and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.

If you are feeling wild, our favourite ratio is 2,5g of Matcha or Hojicha for 28g of water for a more thick and creamy paste, intense flavor

2. Steam Your Milk

Heat 2/3 cup of your favorite milk until creamy with microfoam.

3. Pour & Enjoy

Slowly pour the steamed milk over the whisked hojicha. Sweeten to taste if you want!
